Weekend Morning

Banana pancakes + Stranger Things after a heavy workout in the gym. This is what I call a perfect slow weekend morning =) Well earned after a bussy week and a long trip from work.

The workout: Weightlifting.

The food: A healthy and delicious option. Banana pancakes (just egg and banana) topped with greek yogurt, blueberries, raspberries, mango, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and coconut flakes. Toast with full corn bread, cheese, prosciutto, tomato and avocado. And as always, coffee =)

The series: Stranger Things, obviously.

 

// Hot cakes de plátano + Stranger Things después de una rutina pesada en el gimnasio. Esto es a lo que yo llamo una mañana lenta y perfecta de fin de semana =) Muy merecida después de una semana ocupada y de un largo viaje de trabajo.

El ejercicio: Levantamiento de pesas.

La comida:  Una saludable y deliciosa opción. Hot cakes de banana (solamente huevo y plátano) con yogurt griego, moras azules, frambuesas, mango, semillas de girasol, semillas de calabaza, chia y hojuelas de coco. Pan tostado integral con queso, prosciutto, jitomate y aguacate. Y como siempre, café =)

La serie: Stranger Things, obviamente.
